In other news… I taught a library comics workshop yesterday and it was fun! Hello to anyone from the workshop who is checking out Alleged Whiskey!
My boyfriend has been sitting for the California bar exam the past two days. This is a fate I would not wish on anyone. It’s stressing ME out, and all I have to do is make sure he doesn’t sleep past his alarm in the morning and destroy his entire future!
And listen to all the law jokes and crap…man, the law jokes. Note to the wise: never go out to dinner with 2 guys taking the bar in the midst of their test days. Unless you wanna hear them joke using a bunch of big law-related words that do not mean anything to the common citizen, I.e. me.

Good luck Julian! I passed the State Bar just this morning! And will again this afternoon. Heck, I do it every day…it’s just down the street from work. (Yeah…there’s really a bar here called “The State Bar.”)
Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa…….BAD Law jokes? Those Law jokes were HYSTERICAL. When Jon couldn’t open that car door and I said that he could retire off of the money he makes when he sues for design defect under strict products liability for NOMINAL damages habeas corpus………..that’s a riot!
